BizBox Trailer Sales Website - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the terms under which you ("User" or "Customer") use the BizBox Trailer Sales website ("Website") to browse, inquire, and potentially purchase the BizBox trailer ("Product"). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
1.2. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to your use of the Website.
1.3. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Website.

2. Product Information

2.1. The Product listings on the Website are provided for informational purposes only. We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Product information.
2.2. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Product listings without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. The pricing of the Product is subject to change without notice. Such changes will not affect Product orders placed prior to the price adjustment.
3.2. All prices listed in our brochure are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, unless otherwise stated.
3.3. Payment for the Product is due at the time of purchase. Payment is required via wire or ACH.

4. Order Confirmation and Fulfillment

4.1. Prior to completion of your purchase, you will receive an invoice confirming your order details, including shipping and other items as per the order.
4.2. When placing an order a non-refundable deposit is required (min $10,000), unless we have a BizBox available in inventory. Then 100% is required prior to shipping.

5. Shipment and Delivery

5.1. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to process and ship the Product within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
5.2. The risk of loss or damage to the Product passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. All claims for lost, damaged, or missing Products during transit must be made directly to the carrier.

6. Warranty

6.1. Our trailers come with our manufacturers 5/3 Transferable Warranty (Recreational Use) & 2/2 Warranty (Commercial or Industrial Use). Can be provided upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All intellectual property rights in the Website and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of BizBox or its licensors.
7.2. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any of the Website's content without prior written consent from BizBox.
7.3 BizBox is a patented product.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizBox and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Product.
8.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude any warranties or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa, Arizona.
